"This office is absolutely terrific! State Farm was recommended to me by a friend, who told me how great they were in their response. She wasn't kidding. The guys in the La Crosse office on Jackson St. are super. my vehicle was sideswiped, and I kind of expected to be blown off. They gave me good info and even called me back after the initial call to give me some good advice. And then they reached out a couple weeks later to see what had come with the advice.I generally don't expect follow up by insurance companies. This is not so with State Farm. I hope all of their offices are as good as this one. If anyone is lookoing for car insurance (I also have rental with them), I HIGHLY recommend this agency.
